Nine keys for realizing your innate potential © 2021
learn how to harness key life skills and develop self-confidence
The late and inspirational Sir Ken Robinson said Education and training are the keys to a fulfilling future. Turn the key one way and you lock-up resources; turn it the other way and you unlock your resourcefulness.
The Life-Skills Framework is a series of experiential learning programs delivered across 7 themes. Each theme is 14-hours that can be scheduled across about 8-weeks or as a 2-day intensive workshop.
Life-Skills Framework is comprised of nine essential skills that are shown in this matrix: To be entrepreneurial, to know how to analyze problems, and to be creative in devising solutions. To consciously self-manage, to act with resilience, and to understand how to leverage collaboration. To appreciate that being a good listener deepens knowledge, that writing is a powerful tool, and ultimately, that we must all learn the art of persuasion.
The Life-Skills Framework is derived from Keystone Management's work with people of all ages. These essential Life-Skills can be taught on a mix-and-match, by row, column or an individual skill basis or as seven distinct workshop programs.
The nine skills and seven themes equip people with the full range of skills needed for success in the 21st century.

Live by Themes and Show Up Every Day for those Themes
By being true to your themes every day you will reach your true potential. Many people spruik the concept of creating goals and striving to reach those goals, but that usually means you're setting yourself up for failure and the emotional disappointment that goes with failing to reach a goal. Don't do that to yourself.
It's why the Life-Skills Framework is organized around 9 skills and 7 themes.
Why 9 Cells
In French the word neuf means both nine and new. In German, the words for nine and new are neun and neu, and in Spanish, nueve and nuevo. As you count and reach nine, you know you are about to make a new start. 9 is composed of the all-powerful 3x3. Buddhist tradition holds nine to be the supreme spiritual power, and a celestial number. It is 3x3 being the most auspicious of all the numbers.
Completion; fulfillment; attainment; beginning and the end; the whole number; a celestial and angelic number.
